My husband's Grandfather was Thomas Daniel George. He was born in Arkansas in 1915 and his mother's maiden name was Allen. Unfortunately, we too know very little of the George family prior to Thomas' marriage to Viola Williams. I'm sorry I couldn't provide any helpful information, however, if you do eventually run across a Thomas George born in 1915, I can provide information on his branch of the George tree. Personally, I would like to thank you. Atleast now I know my husband's family wasn't the only George's that obviously made it a point to be practically non-existant in relation to geneology. 8-)Hopefully you won't find yourself slamming your head into as many brick walls as I have.
Good luck with your search,
Donna George
