Barbara GEORGE in Wisconsin in 1861?

According to the family story, Barbara GEORGE, ( b. Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence Co. NY) married James McCONKEY, probably in Wisconsin, after the Civil War. James McCONKEY was in Co. H, 1st WI Vol Inf. with Nelson and James GEORGE ... I'm guessing brothers to Barbara? ... and all these men were living in Sheboygan Falls WI when they either enlisted or were drafted. Does this ring any family bells? The McConkeys, or at least their son, Henry Rhodes McCONKEY, later appear in the Dakotas and, even later in Iowa.
