Daniel,
The George family that donated George Hill was from Wales and arrived in Philadelphia in 1708 on the S. S. Salisbury. Three brothers, Richard (died before landing), Edward and Ellis George.

My line is from Edward George. Three of the children left Pa. in 1780's and came to Tennessee.

Kenneth George Clemens
Blount Co., Tennessee
