Looking for family members of William George, married in 1815 in Gallia Co., OH to Nancy and they had the following children, Jane, Mary, John T., James William and Frances George. Moved on to Sangamon Co., IL in 1829/30. William died in Christian Co., Illinois in 1871. He fought in the War of 1812 and is buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Buckhart, Illinois. His daughter Jane and his daughter Mary both were married to James Madison Ward. Jane died after the birth of their first child and he then married her sister Mary. John married a Mary Bohannan, James married Rebecca J. Bowen, Frances married Mary L. Park. I believe William's wife Nancy (Hazlett) died in 1854.
