Dear Tom,
I don't have any information for you on the Georges who immigrated from Ireland, but I do have a question. Do you know the names of the children of all of the brothers?
The reason I am asking is that I am looking for the family of Jesse Wesley George and I was struck by the brothers names. Jesse had sons named John Carey, Caleb Bennet, David Hilliard, and these names are consistant with yours. The family moved to East Texas in about 1859. Jesse was born in Georgia in 1820. Is it possible that he is a son of one of these brothers?
I would appreciate any information you have on them.
Cheryl Campbell
