Hello. This is my George line and I was given information from someone that the "P" stands for Pinkton. This was taken from their family bible. I have never heard of this before but it makes sense. This person is not researching genealogy but I ran into him through a fluke and he gave me what "George" information he had. I descend from the oldest child of WPA and Betsy Farrar George, David W. (1837-1919). On David W.'s death certificate in Coleman Co., TX, his parents are listed simply WPA George & Betsy Farrar from Lincoln Co., TN. I would be very interested in corresponding and exhanging information with anybody researching this line.

Thanks,
Pauleta Hicks
