Looks like a fit. The James George listed under Nancy George on the 1870 census for Searcy County, AR, was born in Dec (1869) - the same month and year as James George in the 1880 census for Parker County, TX. From the information you provided, it appears that Nancy A. Pennington married a son of A.J. George, was widowed, and married next a widower, H.J. Prichard. Also, the initials and ages of the Prichard children on the 1880 census, Parker County, TX, compare to the ages and names of children on the 1870 census.
I have always been certain that Rachel Pennington was my g-grandmother, I just haven't been able to locate her marriage record. My grandfather's death certificate listed his mother as Rachel Pennington, but there was a mistake in his father's name, who was listed as J.A. George, not Robert George.

Also, my grandfather was supposedly born in Cherokee County, TX, in 1870, but I haven't been able to find any references in TX records. I find it interesting that his aunt's family moved to Texas in the 1870s.
