In the 1880 Census (Online 136-36), James George, age 10 is boarding with H.J. Prichard and Nancy A. (Pennington).

I noticed that Robert and Rachael (Pennington) George were also boarding two George girls.

Are these orphans?

More circumstantial support for Rachael Pennington.
