I asked and found I was slightly confused. It was actually another cousin of hers who found the information. She doesn't know where, only that it was recorded that she was 3/4 Cherokee in the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Washington D.C. I would love to find out more about this, since my grandfather was offered Cherokee land he had inherited from his mother, Minerva's daughter Sarah Mylinda.
