My g-g-g-grandfather was Enoch Benjamin GEORGE (dob/02-14-1790, dod/08-08-1861). I think he was from N or S Carolina but he moved from Alabama to Texas B4/around mid 1800's with some of his grown kids & their families... He is buried with wife Cynthia AUTREY in Blanco Co,TX . His 5th child was also an Enoch (dob/11-14-1831).
His 2nd child Daniel B. GEORGE (dob/03-03-1823) was my g-g-grndfthr, he had 7 kids, one was an Enoch, one a Mary... His son Enoch (dob/12-11-1849, dod/03-24-1944) is buried at Comal Cemetery,TX.
I have found records of a Fannie GEORGE marrying a WATSON in 1878 in Comal Co,TX. Not sure which are her parents, but bound to be the same family.
If you think some of my family mite link to yours, jot me a line... Deb in Texas... kilgore@web-access.net
