Pierre George and family from France

Pierre George brought his family over from France about 1850. His family settled in the Williamson County, IL, area. He bought land there and joined the cavalry in the civil war. I would like to know what became of him and his family. His wife's name was Eginette. They had 5 children, Franklin (my ggrandfather), Mary, Genesie, Sarah and Adaline, born in New York in 1850. Happy hunting.
