Our family came over from Greece in 1920 and was given the name george. They were told all greeks were george.
The three brothers came together from the island of Lesvos 7mils. from the coast of turkey.My branch of the family settled in Phila.started restaurants.The brothers lived in N.J.and started super market,his son is in the video rental business.
My immediate family mom and dad have lived in Fla.for the last 36 yrs.
Still go to the greek orthodox church.
