Melinda, I just want to say thank you for putting this info where others can use it. I was thrilled to find it. My GEORGE,JAMES SEVIER was in Searcy co Ar in 1840 and then in Stone co (he did not move,the co lines changed,I think)by 1850 census.His brother ANDREW JACKSON GEORGE was in Searcy co ar and stayed there.
The father to these two was BENJAMIN GEORGE,they all came from Haywood co Tn.Some of those you listed in OK are from JAMES S. GEORGE who had at least one son who went to OK.
