Gentrys in Washington County, Texas - ca. 1870-1890's
My Grandmother is a brick wall! Her name was Phatimah Bell Gentry b. 28 Feb 1876 in Washington Co., Texas d. 24 Sep 1967 in Lexington, Lee Co., Texas, m. 31 Oct 1895 to James Alonzo Vick. She had a number of siblings and half-siblings; I think Seth and Effie were her full siblings, but I'm not sure, as they were @10 years older.I know Effie lived in Oklahoma, after marrying, and Seth lived in Huntsville, Texas, at one time. She had a half-sister, Vesta, b. 11 Sep 1895 in Williamson Co, TX, m. Ovillian Williams on 7 May 1916, and lived in Ingram, Texas.
I would appreciate all help - and I will gladly buy the book I've seen mentioned here, especially if it has "my" Gentrys.
