Denise,
I am responding to your message because I know that we are related. I went to high school with Susan Gentle (your aunt), and I know your Aunt Lois too! Last fall, I met with your mother, Peggy and we shared all our information. I regret that I was unable to attend the "Gentle Reunion" but please invite me again. I have information up to Steven (Stephen) Gentle born in the late 1700's and married to Dolly Mastin (Marston). I am anxious to find out more about him and his family but as of now this is all I know. Please let me know if you or Peggy have any more information on this early Wilkes County Gentle line.
