Hi I'm not to sure if I'll be of any help, but I'll give you some information I have from the name in my family. First of I have found some information on my great grandfather and he came from Ireland. He was born there, from there he went to Scotland and married my great grandmother. They later came to Massachusetts where he died in 1920. Just thought it might help you some. Happy New Year!
