Your response is also very troubling. Why should I, as a longstanding customer of both Ancestry.com and Genealogy.com, have to try and find a third party alternative to protect myself against the very companies for whom I am a customer!!!
That's ridiculus and shows total disregard and disdain for their customer base. It certainly does not make me want to purchase more of their services. Quite the opposite, it makes me want to use as little as possible.
