I just wanted to write and tell Genealogy.com how much I hate them. A strong word perhaps but one I've thought about alot. I've been a memeber for several years, yet even that does not preclude me from the constant barrage of pop ads that ancestry.com/genealogy.com loves so much. Over the last 50 years I've never dealt with a company that has such total disregard for their customers. I spend as much time deleting pop-up ads as I do trying to get something accomplished. Clearly Ancestry.com and Genealogy.com are not concerned with whether their customers can work effectively and are only concerned with extracting from our wallets as much as they can get. Few companies are so obvious in their attentions and so happy to alienate their customers. If you weren't the only company offering the service I'd switch to another company in a heart beat.
