Jo Ann,
Put your mouse over the yellow My Genealogy.com button on top of the Genealogy.com page and when the menu drops down, click My Online Data Library.
If it welcomes you as Visitor, you may need to log in.
If it welcomes you as Jo Ann, you may be logged in under another profile that does not have subscription access.On the login page there is a link to have Genealogy.com send you your username and password.Click this link, and it will send you all the usernames and passwords for your current e-mail address and tell you which ones are tied to your subscription.
If you don't see any of them attached to a subscription, you might want to call Genealogy.com to see if there was a problem with the account not renewing, etc.
