I am a User, like yourself, trying to help you.

I have asked you a rather simple question, but you have not yet answered it. I think I know what the problem is and how to resolve it, but you need to answer my question. Then I can help you get it resolved.

Please click on My Genealogy.Com, at the top of this page. On the next page:

1) Is your Name next to Welcome? (you should NOT have to login)

2) In the center 1/3 of the page, you'll see My Online Data Library and below that is View All. What subscription(s) are listed between those two lines? What subscription(s) Should be listed there?

Please answer these two questions. You do NOT have to click on anything else, Just tell me what is between My Online Data Library and View All, just below it.
