I entered 843 in the last box. Rec'd message "Permission Denied".
The subscription is to "Genealogy Library". I'm not having trouble with any other data bases which I have searched recently. Only this one. I have searched the NGSQ abt. a week ago with no problems & gained a lot of info.
Now, it's almost as if the links, files or something have been corrupted & there are no hit results. Simply putting in the letter "a" in the "go to surname" box should produce hits with all surnames beginning with "A". Notta thing however.
I've had this subrcription for several years, have encountered this infrequently, where a database cannot be accessed for several days, for whatever reason.
Am hoping it's not just me, that there is a problem that needs to be fixed.
