Yes, Frank and Francois Prosper are one and the same. Frank and Mary were listed in the 1860 census in the town of Humboldt, Brown Co, WI with daughter Rose. They later had children George, Fred, Anna, Joseph, Edmund, Edward, and Hattie (who died in infancy). I have a website dedicated to this family's genealogy. I will send you an invitation.
