The Sierra releases have a problem with the color palette in Windows NT/2000 Pro/XP (it's not quite compatible with Windows 9x/ME - thanks Microsoft). There is a workaround for this. Please take a look at the Generations Tip on installing and running under XP. It is available on my website at http://users.sisna.com/mhobart
