Error Message 'PIParse.DLL'

I have a problem with an error message popping up when I open my Generation Family Tree programme. The original message was Webpost.DLL not found, now that I have downloaded the file and placed it into the folder, I now have an PIParse.DLL not found message popping up. Can anybody help me to resolve this problem?
