Firstly I have to thank this forum for helping me solve a problem with dissappearing data on my program recently.
Nicknames: I normally put the nickname in brackets in the 'first names' field. This way, if you do 'find anything', 'first name contains' and the nickname it will find the nickname too. This will be included in your reports.
Another way is to include nicknames in the "AKA/Alias" field which you can include under "facts", but I don't know whether it will include the nickname in the report. Try these options and see which one works best for you.
