Try This
1) My computer
2) C drive
3) went to programs
4) found Sierra
5) found the generations program Icon (I have Easy Tree and had to go all the way to Easy Tree Deluxe Pro to get the right properties tab.)
6) Right click
7) Select properties
8) Select compatibility tab
9) Checked the compatibility mode
10) Selected Win 98
11) OK to save
