Your only solution may be to revert to your most recent backup. If the data is important and you don't have a good backup you could try a direct import of your .uds file into The Master Genealogist v5.14. Have you tried sending your corrupt file to Genealogy.com for attention via the Ask A Question/Email Genealogy.com facility from http://www.genealogy.com/help/gene_curr.html ?
