The most common source of the problem in not being able to create charts is that the Sierra.ini file in the Windows folder did not create the correct PATH definitions. There are examples of these in the Generations Tip on running the Genealogy.com/Sierra versions in parallel on my website. http://users.sisna.com/mhobart
