Hi Terry,

Thanks for responding to my post.

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work for me. When I click on webpost.exe, it displays the license agreement. I click on OK and then it presents a window with a status bar. The status goes across so fast I can't read what it says and then the window disappears, but nothing seems to get installed. When I restart the PC and start Generations, I still get the error. It appears that for some reason webpost doesn't install

Did you do your install on XP Home? Any ideas are appreciated.
