No, I did get Generations installed on XP. First I went looking for a Generations XP version, but couldn't find anything. So, I tried to install the old software on the XP and it worked just fine. The problem appears to be with the backed up file, then. When I go through the Generations application to open the file, it says 'Unable to open', but doesn't give my any other clues. Any suggesions? The data is really important to me.
