I did a practice file last night, and what a mess! If I click on the person's name, it is gone. In the list of children, this person becomes "Unnamed", no first or last name, no information, AND they come up completely blank in the index. I paid attention to which # they were, so I knew I was clicking the right line in the index, but nothing there at all.

However, if I click on the card, and then say "Cancel", it doesn't happen. This, of course, is of no use whatsoever because obviously if we make changes, we want to Save, not Cancel.

I downloaded a free version of Legacy last night, and of course, I disliked it immediately, but only because I have only used various versions of Generations. I may have to make myself like it, if it means being able to change and save information.

This just seems so odd, that suddenly so many people are having the same problem with Generations...
