I am glad to hear someone else is having this problem, I thought I had gone mad!

I have also been using Generations happily for some years on Windows XP professional, until recently when birth date information etc keeps disappearing. Even new trees wont enter information properly now. As a professional genealogist this is a disaster and is interfering with how I make my living!

It is a major problem if data is vanishing, as it may be difficult to recover.

Any help would be appreciated!
