Field Titles in Family History Reports

Family history reports include the field titles (e.g. birth, death, marriage, occupation, etc), including user-defined Notes, except for Misc. Notes for individual people and couples. This problem, seen in both Generations Grande Suite 8 and Generations Family Tree v. 8.5a, occurs in reports sent directly to a word processor program (Word or WordPerfect) or saved as an rtf file.

I thought of defining user-notes and using the 'delete/move fields' function to transfer the data from Misc. Notes to the user-defined ones, but the former does not appear on the 'move field from' list, although user-defined notes do. Cutting and pasting is not really an option in a database of 3100+ people! These field titles, particularly if customized under Options/Define Person or Family Fields (I have them labeled as Person Notes and Family Notes), would greatly help in the readability of a report by other people and help to delineate where the information applies.

Any suggestions as to how to work around this problem?
