Hi Trevor,

I have used Genereations v8.5 for several years and I have never had an issue with Lost Data until today. I found out some interesting information about my grandfather and wanted to add it to his profile, when I tried to do that it took his name out. If I put just his first name in it took out the last and vice versa. I stopped right away and started looking for support. I found this website and your comments. Is this the same type of problem and if so can you send me a fix. I have Windows XP.

I also have a new computer with Vista. Will Generations 8.5 work on Vista or is there a patch for that. Please advise.

Thanking you in advance,
Nancy Baldwin
