Dear Jon,

My name is Trevor, not Terry. I was quoting an old message on this forum from years ago in which Terry Foxcroft used *custom* settings to print onto roll paper.

My question is, have you tried ***custom width and length*** instead of settings of roll paper and landscape?

Also, I would recommend that you experiment with a tiny chart containing only a couple of people to see what happens.

Another suggestion would be to print your chart to a pdf file using a pdf creation program such as pdf995 which is a free download from www.pdf995.com. You would print to pdf995 from EasyChart, and then print the pdf file from Adobe Reader to your Epson printer. That may well the best workaround for the problem that you are experiencing.

I hope that helps?

Regards,

Trevor Rix
