Dear Terry,

Thank you so much for your reply; but I have set in easychart - the paper size and source to Roll Paper and on my Epson Stylus Photo 1290 I have set the Properties (preferences) under the heading Paper to Roll Paper for Source and Size as well and also the paper is set to landscape. It is not that it does not follow this as in the print preview screen that Epson provide as an option, you can see all the information is there in the correct format but when I press print it prints gobbledegook text inside the boxes

Hope this explains my problem better
