Generations v4.2 - upgrade
Posted by: Isabel Hatcher (ID *****8449) Date: September 30, 2003 at 12:55:07

I have been running v 4.2 for some years and am now thinking of an upgrade as I find the reporting and charting functionality not very user friendly.

I'd like some advice on whether its better to somehow find a later version of Generations such as 6 or 8 and upgrade to that or upgrade to something completely different such as Legacy.

What worries me is that changing to something different might mean loads of re-inputting which I just can't face as I've had to do all that just recently after a hard disk crash.

If its better to upgrade to 6 or 8 - do I find a downloadable version? Or do I hunt a CD off Ebay?
