Janet, The solution to this problem is to set the destination of the report to be your word processor, and print from there, rather than printing directly from Generations to your printer. Please check this setting first. Click on the Options menu, click on Reports, click on Word Processor. On the right hand side ensure that a word processor such as Wordpad or Word is selected.
