Brilliant, you are a genius. I had not clicked the Microsoft word correctly. As you say it now opens in word with ALL the data there!! Many thanks!!
When I previously used Geerations to print the person sheet the data was presented in table form with lines & boxes seperating the various sections. Just to gild the lily perhaps is there any way I can make the word printout look the same. It is not vital but it might look a little neater.
Again a big thank you for solving the main problem.
