Trevor,

pdf995 works much better than Adobe Acrobat 6.0 with the printer driver. I was able to specify the page size using the driver and it looks great. The PDF had all the font information embedded, and I used Illustrator to zoom-in the fonts and make everything fit perfectly. THANK YOU!

Here is my contribution to this thread: Kinko's gave me these prices on color prints (they can cut to any size paper)
vinyl: $7 sq/ft
indoor vinyl: glossy tint $7 sq/ft
matt: $10 sq/ft
glossy $12 sq/ft

You can also test on cheap paper using black/white to get the sizes exactly as you want them for $0.75 sq/ft
