My family tree requires size B, A3 or A2 size paper. My goal is to obtain a vectorized EPS or PDF from EasyChart. That way I could maximize the chart to a larger size paper using Adobe Illustrator, upload to fedexkinkos.com, and have it shipped to my relatives. Scaling the bitmap from EasyChart leaves much to be desired.
I am willing to purchase a new product, but would like to satisfy these two conditions:
- I can import uds, or experience little loss of data by importing Gedcom
- It can output the equivalent of the "Enhanced hourglass chart" into a vector format or HTML (assuming the text is NOT represented as an image).
Does anyone know if Generations v8.5, Family Tree Maker 16, or some other solution satisfies these requirements?
I just want to print the highest quality chart on paper larger than size A. Any feedback, comments, etc. are greatly appreciated.
