Don't worry, that happens to me right after I installed the new versions of Generations - Genealogy.com assured me that this is an old problem from generations, that already existed when they purchased it from Sierra.
There is actually no solution - only that generations.com discover their responsible and the need to protect their reputation in the field of genealogy software.
You can "work around", e.g. while editing data, by entering a blank at the end of each field - you have to do this during every data modification process.
