The family of Pierre GENDRON and Angelique HEBERT of Chateauguay, Quebec, and the USA.

Is anyone in the group researching this GENDRON/HEBERT family?

Pierre GENDRON and Angelique HEBERT married 30 Sep 1823, at St-Clement-de-Beauharnois, Quebec. Pierre (ca. 1799, Chateauguay, Quebec - ?) was the son of Pierre GENDRON (? -<1851) and Felicite BRAULT (1771-<1818) [d/o Acadians Joseph BRAULT (1739-1827) and Marie Anne PICOT (1735-1834)]. Angelique HEBERT (8 Apr 1804-23 Dec 1895, b. & d. at St-Joachim-de-Chateauguay, Quebec) was the daughter of Adrien HEBERT (1760-1832) [s/o Acadians François HEBERT (1719-1780) and Marie Anne ARSENAULT (1721-1801)] and Marie Josephte LEDUC (1761-1832).

They had the following children, most were born in St-Joachim-de-Chateauguay, Quebec or St-Clement-de-Beauharnois, Quebec:

Angelique (? - ?) m. Joachim GUERIN (s/o Jean GUERIN & Marie MARCILLE) 16 Sep 1851, St-Joachim-de-Chateauguay, Quebec.

Antoine (ca. 1840- ?) He might have stayed on the family farm in Chateauguay, Quebec. In the 1871 census of St-Joachim-de-Chateauguay, he is listed as "Cultivateur" (farmer) and his father, Pierre, is listed as "Rentiere" (a person of independent or private means) in the same household. Pierre was the "Cultivateur" in the 1861 census.
