Because they operate a primary office in Midvale, Utah, I contacted the Utah attorney General, they were seriously investigating.
BUT because I hadn't actually made a purchase, they stated there was nothing to be done.
This Scam has been going on for years.
It is a clone , if not direct descendant of the Halberts scam that preceded it.
