I received the ad from Morphcorp on May 18, 2001. I immediately suspected scam due to the outlandish claims in the ad and also the similarity to the Halberts of Bath Ohio operation circa 1985-90. After a few minutes scanning various web pages I was able to learn more about this blatant hoax. Thanks to those who posted those pages, some of you have replied to this thread. Since then, others in my extended family have also received this same ad. In response, I have added warnings on my surname genealogy page and sent out warnings on my SURNAME-L mailing list. Get the word out and lets put these scam artists out of business!
