I suggest you post this to the Sweden board, and attach an image or include a link to an image of the document. Half the challenge in translating documents is in being able to read the handwriting correctly, and some of the words in your excerpt don't look correct. You're also missing the diacritical marks, which can sometimes change the meaning of a word, although the correct word can often be determined by the context.

But from what I can read, this sounds like a cemetery deed for Jonas Fredrick Nilsson and one other relative in the town of Söderhamn.
