Can we assume that you've ruled out the Maurice J. Herzog born 21 Sept. 1912, died 26 Sept. 1955, buried in Baltimore National Cemetery?

According to his enlistment record on the NARA website, he was an unmarried chemical engineering student in Baltimore when he joined the Army, 16 Jan. 1941.
