??'s about Requests from Vital Records

Before I send off $18 for "requested marriage information" could anyone tell me:
1) The marrriage took place in 1876--can I get this record if it is availabe even though I have no documentation of being a relative?
2) What exactly will be on it. (If it makes a difference between states, I am requesting one from Branch Co., MI)Aside from their names and the wedding date. Will I see the location? parent names? birthplaces? witnesses? minister? (The names of the parents are what I am shooting for.)
3)"Requested marriage information" is what? Will it be a copy of the certificate?

Any answers from someone who has mailed away for something like this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for helping.
