A quick scan and research at Cyndi's List ( http://www.cyndislist.com/http://www.cyndislist.com/ ) under "US Census" makes it look like they used the same schedule for the Oklahoma Territory as for everywhere else. If so Genealogy.com has two pages of the form
( http://www.genealogy.com/00000079.htmlhttp://www.genealogy.com/00000079.htmland http://www.genealogy.com/00000080.htmlhttp://www.genealogy.com/00000080.html ). It appears there may be a cost to printing them. Also at Cyndi's was this link to a printed page of which questions were asked ( http://www.ipums.umn.edu/~pipums/voliii/90items.htmlhttp://www.ipums.umn.edu/~pipums/voliii/90items.html ).
Also at Cyndi's in the "Native American" section there are references to "annual censuses taken by agents or superintendents in charge of Indian reservations." It sounds different from the Federal Census and says the information varies. The National Archives has all of the rolls but this page fron the Kansas Historical Society gives a good idea of what they where like ( http://www.kshs.org/ms/indian1.htmhttp://www.kshs.org/ms/indian1.htm ).
Hope this helps
