Donna: I just paste everything in a spiral notebook as I accumulate them. I now have over 900 items. I just number the page and that's the end of my filing system. If the item contains info on two, three or more names I list the file (page) number in each computer chart. This way I only have to look at a computer chart and it will list all of the applicable sources. Of course I will have to look up several pages to cover one name, but at least I can find them when required. If I have a very valuable item I do not paste that. Those items that are unproven I do not enter into my computer. My computer only contains items which are proven. All guess-work is kept elsewhere. Good luck. HAL
